Howdy! A few words about myself: I am Paraguayan-American and grew up moving around Latin America but am now very happy to call Brazos Valley home. I was fortunate to discover SCBWI shortly after moving to College Station and credit our wonderful members with helping me grow so much as a writer from my very first meeting. My goal as regional advisor is to continue to support the talented kid lit creators in our group as well as grow new talent. I am especially interested in making sure our region is inclusive and reflects the diversity of our state. I have some ideas but welcome your input!
