Road trip!

This month’s meeting will be held off-site at Mary Mize’s cabin near the intersection of Hardin Rd and FM 1940 in Normangee (exact directions will be provided to registrants via email). During this informal meeting we’ll play some creativity games and celebrate Liz Mertz’s long career as an SCBWI RA and ARA. Please BYO sack lunch. Refreshments and cake will be provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a virtual option for this meeting.

SCBWI International and U.S. Policies for Minimizing Covid Risk during SCBWI Region
Events
1. International Regions Policy: International regions are required to comply
with local regulations.
2. U.S. Regions are required to comply with the following policy:
To minimize the risk of Covid19 at all SCBWI inperson events with more than 25
attendees, event organizers are required to implement the following attendance
policy:
Require attendees to submit proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative PCR
test taken no earlier than three days prior to the event, as a condition of
attendance.
At any SCBWI inperson event, regardless of the number of attendees, organizers
must offer each attendee a free disposable mask, provide hand sanitizing stations
throughout the event area, and post this policy in its entirety in areas visible to
attendees.
